Kansas State University has initiated a comprehensive project for the development of Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) for each of its university departments and organizations.

Kansas State University has selected BOLDplanning.com, a web-based planning tool, designed to guide organizations through the process of developing Continuity of Operations Plans. The BOLDplanning.com system walks planners through each step of the planning process and helps develop a COOP that outlines a clear, concise understanding of roles and responsibilities needed to ensure an organization’s ability to transition during times of change in normal operation.

For this project, the BOLDplanning.com system was modified to meet the specific needs of Kansas State University. It is accessed via the internet at www.K-StateContinuity.com for this university-wide planning process.
